In the “AHOY COOKING CLASS” program, guests will have the opportunity to not only learn how to navigate the local market and select fresh ingredients but also explore the art of cooking traditional delicacies from Hoi An such as rice pancake (Bánh Xèo), fresh spring roll, grilled sea bass wrapped in banana leaves. Afterwards, they will savor the dishes they have prepared in the refreshing ambiance of The Sailor Bar. This unforgettable experience is an essential part of any journey to discover the ancient city of Hoi An.
Program:
9:30 AM (Or 15:30): Our staff will welcome guests at the resort’s lobby.
9:45 AM (Or 15:45): Tourists will visit Bà Lê market with bustling scenery of buyers and sellers, vegetables and fruits are neatly arranged and beautiful. Staff will introduce ingredients that will be used in cooking classes.
11:00 AM (Or 17:00): Back to the hotel, Guests will be taught the techniques and methods for processing traditional Vietnamese cuisine by the chef, then enjoy the lunch you cooked, as a great reward for the effort to discover new things in life.
